 Each year on the Twelfth Night (January6^th, 2011) the Phunny Phorty Phellows “Hearald The Arrival of Mardi Gras” with their unique Street Car Parade running through the streets of New Orleans. 

The Phunny Phorthy Phellow parade starts at the RTA streetcar barn and their “float” is traditionally bedecked with yuletide decorations.  Their parade is really easy to recognize – it’s the really noisy streetcar with a big party in side and a sign on the side reading” “It’s Carmival Time!”
